Draft and enhance clear risk narratives for KYC onboarding, remediation, and periodic reviews across institutional clients. Assess ownership, business activities, jurisdictions, products, and transactions to identify financial crime risks, escalate issues, perform quality assurance, partner with KYC/Compliance/Front Office, and contribute to process and standards improvements while adopting AI-enabled tools.

Lead APAC Markets business continuity and recovery efforts: coordinate response and recovery for disruptive events, communicate incident status to stakeholders and clients, ensure cross-region handoffs, support BCP review and testing, represent the business in committees, and drive remediation and lessons learned.

Lead global tax product initiatives covering withholding, financial transaction, fund admin and securities tax. Build prioritized roadmaps balancing compliance, client experience, and commercial value. Partner with APAC sales on complex custody and fund admin tax deals, coordinate RFPs and pitches, design scalable operating and technology solutions, leverage AI within governance, and guide cross-functional delivery, governance approvals, KPIs, and change management to drive client satisfaction.

Lead APAC sanctions compliance strategy and framework, advise senior stakeholders and regulators, design and enhance controls, manage risk assessments, remediation, reporting, training, and the regional sanctions team to ensure regulatory alignment and continuous improvement across the business.

Manage AI Hub product backlogs and translate business challenges into user stories and scalable workflows. Partner with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to deliver AI/ML and automation solutions from experimentation to production. Drive testing, validation, adoption, metrics tracking, stakeholder engagement, and ensure adherence to governance, risk, and responsible AI practices.
