Manage and maintain material master data in SAP, Syndigo, and related systems across the product lifecycle. Process new material creation, changes, pricing, vendor updates, phase-outs, purchasing records, and intercompany data. Coordinate product catalogue publication, data quality reporting, dashboards, customer data integrations, ticket resolution, governance, SOPs, and process improvements across ANZ stakeholders.

Manage surgical case bookings, customer orders, billing, quotations, product availability, and logistics coordination for healthcare customers and Sales teams. Provide telephone and email support, maintain accurate SAP records, resolve service and booking issues, manage customer expectations, coordinate with warehouses and carriers, escalate fulfilment risks, and support quality and complaint processes. The role also contributes to process improvements and supplier relationships.
