Provide on-site customer support and diagnostics for semiconductor equipment; develop and optimize manufacturing processes using DOE and statistics; troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis on complex process issues; communicate findings to customers and internal teams; mentor junior staff and lead small projects across CVD, ALD, RIE, PVD, anneal and implant technologies.

Provide on-site customer support for semiconductor equipment installations, diagnostics, service and repair. Develop and optimize thin-film processes (CVD, ALD, PVD, RIE, anneal, implant), design experiments, analyze statistical data, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with customers and R&D to resolve complex process issues.

Lead supplier capability development for built-to-print commodities across Asia, drive supplier identification and technology transfer, manage cross-functional projects from planning to implementation, use project management tools to track schedules and budgets, collaborate with external agencies, and provide technical and business process leadership to achieve program goals.

Perform failure and construction analysis for semiconductor manufacturing, advise cross-functional problem-solving teams, develop FA techniques, maintain FA lab/tools, support tool buyoff and pilot ramp, train staff, and manage FA reporting and IT submissions.

Serve as a field service engineer installing, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting semiconductor equipment. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Communicate with customers, apply diagnostic techniques, mentor junior engineers, and ensure on-site safety and compliance.
