Design and deliver mechanical and mechatronic solutions for semiconductor inspection equipment: develop mechanical/electrical/pneumatic drawings, BOMs, assembly instructions, integrate motion and control systems, release designs into PDM, capture project media, support customer commissioning and shipments.

The Technical Program Manager will oversee program and system engineering management, coordinate with various engineering functions, and manage new product introductions and escalations at KLA.

Lead China+ strategy and Tier-2 supplier management to reduce China dependency and improve resilience. Map Tier-2 supply chains, engage direct suppliers, negotiate pricing, manage CM governance, mitigate risks, execute alternate sourcing and continuity plans, and provide executive-level reporting.

Troubleshoot PCB and system-level issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, improve yield and reliability, develop manufacturing documentation and test procedures, support validation/qualification, interface with suppliers, and execute engineering changes (ECO/ECN).
