The Sales Manager will lead and grow the Instruments business across Asia, drive sales performance, execute strategies, and strengthen customer relationships. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, partnering with channel partners, and ensuring operational excellence.

The role involves developing image sensors, integrating them with camera systems, conducting testing, and transferring technologies to operations.

Manage master scheduling and balance demand vs. supply across an 8-12 quarter horizon. Present master schedule, analyze forecast fluctuations, assess impacts on customer orders and materials, maintain MRP loading/validation, develop KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics) to meet revenue and customer commitments.

Manage product configuration specifications, ensure sales order configuration accuracy, maintain PCS documents (KMAT, BOM, pricing, rules), validate Variant Configurator and SAP changes, chair order review meetings, and ensure accuracy of C point database and weekly MRP loading.

Support and execute test activities for semiconductor systems: develop and run tests, collect and analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve product quality.

Perform setup, calibration, testing, troubleshooting and rework of circuits, components and assemblies; develop test methods, prepare technical reports, assist with test equipment selection, and operate in cleanroom and shift environments.

Install, align, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair semiconductor capital equipment (including e-beam tools) at customer sites worldwide. Provide post-installation support, documentation, and coordinate with customers to ensure system performance; role requires extensive international travel (>80%).

This role involves managing escalated orders, ensuring accurate submission and follow-up, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Manage day-to-day import/export operations for Singapore and SEA, ensure compliance with regional and international trade regulations, review and release export orders, maintain trade compliance SOPs, support licensing for strategic goods and the Singapore Bulk Export License, advise internal stakeholders, and assist with audits and compliance reviews.

Design and integrate mechatronic, optical, and software subsystems for high-speed semiconductor inspection machines. Translate customer requirements into measurable design specs, build and test mechatronic setups, validate pick-and-place handling, write PLC test sequences, convert tests into software requirements, and lead multi-disciplinary projects balancing technical and commercial constraints.
