The Product Marketing Manager will support business priorities for KLA’s semiconductor inspection, metrology, and analytics product portfolio. The role focuses on advancing product marketing initiatives within the Semiconductor Products and Customers business unit, serving chip manufacturers across AI, data centers, automotive, and electronics markets. The position requires substantial experience in the semiconductor technology industry and a relevant advanced or bachelor’s degree.

Designs, integrates, aligns, tests, and analyzes optical hardware for semiconductor inspection systems. Requires optical laboratory experience, mechanical integration, Python or MATLAB scripting, Zemax modeling, thin-film coating knowledge, cleanroom work, and data collection using cameras and power meters. The role also involves optical tolerancing, image processing, vendor coordination, CAD review, and communicating technical findings within a collaborative team.

Lead system and subsystem integration, testing, characterization, and specification activities for semiconductor inspection systems. Define architectures, create test plans, resolve complex optical-mechanical and system issues, and support manufacturing and field service teams. Deliver technical training, maintain documentation, coordinate cross-functional projects, report progress and risks, and contribute to product strategy and roadmap alignment. Requires an advanced technical degree and preferably more than three years of relevant experience, with up to 20% international travel.

Supports semiconductor inspection products through customer demonstrations, product characterization, troubleshooting, test-plan execution, training, documentation, and collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales teams. Investigates semiconductor manufacturing yield issues, develops inspection solutions, communicates product value, and supports alpha, beta, and ramp activities. The role requires extensive customer interaction and more than 70% travel.

Owns KLA’s in-fab repair program across engineering, legal, trade compliance, procurement, supply chain, logistics, and field operations. Responsibilities include managing milestones, risks, ECO releases, supplier engagement, cross-border logistics, process documentation, governance forums, KPIs, executive reporting, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates stakeholders across Singapore, China, and headquarters while ensuring compliant, documented, and timely repair outcomes.

Manage optical alignment equipment and methodologies for wafer inspection tools, improve optical integration yield and predictability, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, resolve supplier quality problems, support quality and purchasing improvements, and ensure manufacturing readiness through design reviews.

Designs, sustains, debugs, and troubleshoots PCBs, power supplies, electronic test fixtures, and board-level subsystems. Performs failure analysis and root-cause investigations across analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronics. Supports engineering validation, manufacturing improvements, corrective actions, ECO execution, and technical documentation. Collaborates with vendors and global cross-functional teams while communicating technical findings, risks, and project status.

Supports manufacturing, integration, and sustaining of electronic subsystems and assemblies. Troubleshoots PCB, wiring, and system-level issues; performs root-cause analysis; implements corrective actions; improves yield, reliability, quality, and cost; develops manufacturing documentation; supports validation and qualification testing; resolves supplier issues; and manages engineering changes across the product lifecycle.

Supports production builds, system integration, manufacturing ramp, and sustaining engineering for electrical systems. Troubleshoots electronic and system-level issues, performs root cause analysis, implements corrective actions, and develops manufacturing documentation. Collaborates with design, quality, supply chain, suppliers, and contract manufacturers. Supports validation, qualification, reliability testing, engineering changes, yield improvement, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Designs and maintains customized Windows operating system images and deployment solutions for semiconductor inspection platforms. Develops PowerShell automation, diagnostics, and system management tools; performs validation, testing, and root cause analysis; and resolves system-level hardware and software issues. Collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, hardware, software, and integration teams, while contributing to architecture reviews, technical documentation, engineering practices, and mentoring.
