Research accounts, identify stakeholders, tailor outreach, qualify prospects, and create sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives and partners. The role focuses on achieving activity, meeting, pipeline, and new-logo targets while engaging technology stakeholders across IT, security, cloud, data, and engineering.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Elastic customers, creating technical success plans, guiding onboarding and adoption, resolving technical friction, and increasing solution consumption. Collaborate with account, solutions, support, and services teams to align Elastic technologies with customer business goals, optimize deployments, identify expansion opportunities, and drive customer satisfaction and recurring revenue growth.

Drive net-new revenue and expansion within mid-market accounts in Indonesia by positioning Elastics search, observability, and security platform. Qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC, build strategic territory plans, collaborate with Solutions Architects and Customer Success, and lead complex sales cycles, negotiations, and pricing to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Drive APJ (India, Japan) sales strategy and operations by delivering pipeline analysis, forecasting, territory and quota planning, dashboards, and process improvements. Partner with sales leaders to model trends, identify efficiency levers, support business cadence, and implement systems/tools to improve sales productivity and execution.
