Leads and grows Unity’s applied AI research team in Singapore, setting technical direction, developing research roadmaps, and moving machine learning models from prototypes into production. Partners with global product, engineering, and research teams, establishes experimentation and model-quality practices, mentors researchers and engineers, and represents applied research internally and externally. The role focuses on modern machine learning, deep learning, large language models, multimodal models, and applications to games, 3D content, and creative tools.

Design 2D and UI authoring tools for Unity creators. Responsibilities include shaping coherent workflows, producing sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, conducting user testing and focus groups, and partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver consistent experiences. The role requires proficiency in Figma, experience designing tools for technical users, familiarity with game development pipelines, and the ability to guide design direction within engineering teams.

Develop and maintain C# features for Unity’s 2D Editor and runtime, including sprites, tilemaps, animation, graphics, physics, and UGUI. Build structured APIs and tool definitions enabling LLM-based automation, expand automated test coverage, investigate community-reported bugs, evaluate agent performance against creator workflows, and collaborate with global engineering teams. The role offers mentorship and requires willingness to learn C++ and new areas of the codebase.

Manage strategic gaming advertisers and publishers across Vietnam and INSEA, growing revenue through account management, upselling, campaign performance analysis, monetization optimization, and client consulting. Coordinate with Product, Technology, Finance, Sales, and R&D teams to address technical and performance issues, represent client needs, integrate advertisers, and support user acquisition business growth.
