Lead and develop the APAC Customer Success team to drive onboarding, product adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Own staffing, training, resource management, reporting, cross-functional alignment, and escalation handling while improving processes, metrics, and customer outcomes. Travel internationally 20–40% as required.
