Embed with strategic customers to design and deliver end-to-end Databricks-based solutions. Lead architecture, build fullstack applications, integrate data pipelines and ML/AI models, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver production-grade systems and reusable assets that drive measurable enterprise impact.

Partner with account teams to drive Databricks adoption by designing and demonstrating scalable big-data architectures and proofs-of-concept. Engage customers in technical sales, scope use cases, deliver solution designs, author reference architectures, and lead regional technical workshops to support successful platform adoption.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements for the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform: develop customer engagement strategies, coach junior architects, design and demo architectures, run complex proofs-of-concept on public cloud, influence stakeholders and deliver customer-facing collateral, workshops, and technical leadership.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements in Indonesia: build relationships, deliver hands-on Spark evaluations and demos, advise on architecture and design, author reference assets, and collaborate with account teams to drive adoption of Databricks solutions.

Partner with Account Executives to drive adoption of the Lakebase product line by designing technical strategies, delivering demos/workshops, resolving tier-3 escalations, enabling customers at scale, and influencing roadmap through field-derived insights. Use deep OLTP, cloud, Lakehouse, and data ecosystem expertise to architect solutions and ensure mission-critical success.

Sell Databricks enterprise cloud data platform into digital-native enterprises across Greater China. Prospect and close new accounts, expand existing accounts, identify use cases, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate technical and business value to accelerate deals.

Sell Databricks to commercial/mid-market accounts across ASEAN by developing account strategies, identifying use cases, mapping whitespace, and driving consumption-based adoption. Use solution/value-based selling, engage technical and business stakeholders, co-sell with cloud partners, track opportunities in Salesforce, and collaborate cross-functionally to close new business and grow existing accounts.

Manage commercial delivery of multiple concurrent Databricks professional services projects across ASEAN and Greater China. Define scope, track milestones, mitigate risk, manage finances, and ensure smooth sales-to-delivery handovers. Drive customer adoption and satisfaction for engagements ranging from short single-contributor tasks to multi-person, multi-month global deployments.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive sales growth by managing existing accounts and closing new enterprise accounts in the Philippines, using Salesforce to track customer interactions and promoting Databricks' enterprise data platform.
