Lead and manage a team of Partner Solutions Architects, providing technical guidance to consultative partners, driving customer success, and enhancing partner engagement with the Databricks platform.

Provide commercial legal support for Databricks across Asia: negotiate enterprise cloud and SaaS agreements, advise on data privacy, security, AI, and IP issues, update legal templates, and partner with sales, finance, security, and product teams to enable revenue and new-market entry.
