Illumina is seeking a Scientist 2 to join their Protein Engineering team, focusing on developing future sequencing and library preparation biochemistries with a focus on enzymatic processes. Responsibilities include research, development of protein mutants, cloning, expression, purification of recombinant proteins, and screening for positive mutants through biochemical assays.
