Build and own scalable full-stack products across web, mobile, and backend systems. Develop React and TypeScript applications, contribute to React Native mobile apps, and integrate Scala or Go backend services on AWS. Responsibilities include frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, testing, security, technical design, production ownership, code review, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Build and maintain high-performance mobile trading experiences (React Native and native iOS/Android), design real-time streaming UIs (orderbooks, charts, P&L), extend shared components to web (React/TypeScript), collaborate on backend integrations (gRPC, WebSocket, FIX) and contribute backend code as needed. Own projects end-to-end, partner with product/design, and make architecture decisions for trading workflows across crypto, equities, and prediction markets.

Lead Singapore operations and growth by owning outsourcing governance, MAS compliance processes, SLA monitoring, and VIP client relationship management. Drive local growth roadmap, cross-functional execution, event activations, customer reactivations, and performance reporting to improve operations and product adoption.
