Lead and coach a regional Account Executive team across Southeast Asia and India to drive new customer acquisition and expansion. Develop and execute regional sales strategy, manage pipeline and forecasting, coach consultative sales using MEDDPICC, build executive customer relationships, and partner cross-functionally to inform product and GTM strategy. Responsible for hitting regional revenue targets and fostering a collaborative, high-performing sales culture.
