Drive adoption and satisfaction of the gfknewron platform by servicing trial and subscribing clients, delivering insights and consulting, managing relationships, leading joint business planning, identifying upsell opportunities, coordinating client services, and providing product feedback to internal teams.

Lead sales and renewals for Consumer Behavior Insights & Brand products within assigned portfolio (Financial Services and T&D). Build pipeline, identify new revenue streams, develop account plans and JBPs with cross-functional partners, ensure client satisfaction, collect and act on Voice of Customer, expand customer network, and escalate product needs and market trends to drive growth and forecasting.
