The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts in Hong Kong, focusing on new customer acquisition and expansion within the financial services sector.

Build executive relationships, translate technical value of Cloudflare solutions, manage multi-product negotiations, partner with channel and post-sale teams for adoption and renewals, and maintain disciplined pipeline, CRM hygiene, and forecasting.

Drive enterprise sales in Thailand by landing and expanding assigned accounts. Build strategic relationships, manage multi-year platform deals, partner with channel and delivery teams, drive pipeline and forecasting, and stay engaged through onboarding and renewal to ensure measurable outcomes.

Lead APAC field marketing to define demand strategy, drive pipeline, scale and mentor a regional team, operationalize Human+AI automation, own events and ABM for enterprise accounts, align with sales/product, and manage regional marketing budget and performance reporting.

Lead rapid-response and proactive reliability work for high-severity, customer-facing incidents. Debug across edge, network, DNS, transport, and customer stacks; own on-call, postmortems, and remediation. Build telemetry, detectors, diagnostic tooling, and automation with Product Engineering. Mentor support teams, define reliability metrics, and ship AI-assisted diagnostics to reduce detection and resolution time.
