This role targets mid-market accounts in iGaming, focusing on customer acquisition and expansion while managing a sales pipeline and strategic relationships.

Own the technical customer relationship from discovery through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery, architecture design, demonstrations, and proofs of concept across security, networking, Zero Trust, and developer platforms. Carry a revenue-aligned quota, lead technical business reviews, advise executive stakeholders, and identify expansion opportunities. Automate routine workflows using AI agents and internal platforms. Preferred experience includes Cloudflare’s developer and AI platforms, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, RAG, and Python or JavaScript scripting.

The role requires enterprise technology sales expertise, technical understanding, strong negotiation and value-selling skills, Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency as a bonus, and travel as needed.

Embed as a hands-on technical expert within customer teams to design, configure, and optimize Cloudflare solutions. Lead implementations, build automations and prototypes, produce architecture and delivery artifacts (HLD/LLD, runbooks, test/deployment plans), run workshops and knowledge transfer, and act as customer advocate to Cloudflare product and engineering teams while aligning technical outcomes to business objectives.

Provide advanced technical support and advisory to enterprise customers on network security and performance (OSI layers 3,4,7). Troubleshoot DDoS, BGP, GRE, SSL/TLS, firewall/WAF, and hosting issues; perform packet analysis; create docs and KB articles; collaborate with engineering; and use automation and generative AI to accelerate incident response.

Lead end-to-end delivery and governance of Professional Services engagements, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communications. Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders, monitor financial health, refine delivery methodologies, transform project data into actionable insights, and leverage AI tools to automate reporting, meeting summaries, and risk detection. Create internal and customer-facing assets and capture lessons learned to improve scalability and customer satisfaction.

Lead APAC Service Provider and MSSP partner strategy, manage strategic SP accounts, build joint GTM solutions, drive executive engagement, enable scalable implementation and automated training, own business and quarterly planning, use data and automated pipelines for forecasting and pipeline development to grow revenue across multiple partners.

Drive revenue growth across Singapore and Malaysia territory accounts by landing and expanding platform commitments. Build strategic relationships, manage complex negotiations, and collaborate with partners, customer engineers, and professional services to ensure onboarding, adoption, and renewals. Maintain pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and use AI-assisted tools to generate and manage opportunities.

Lead and develop a team of Account Executives serving digital-native companies across ASEAN. Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, recruiting sales talent, managing complex deal pipelines, overseeing contract negotiations and Salesforce reporting, coaching enterprise selling, supporting account strategy and executive engagement, and improving sales processes.
