Responsibilities include building real-time Tableau reporting and monitoring, automating material tracking and product validation, improving issue-resolution turnaround times, identifying process improvements through analytics, and collaborating with global Probe teams. The role also involves responsibly integrating AI-assisted tools and supporting continuous improvement across Engineering and Production operations.

Lead and coordinate semiconductor package qualification and reliability testing for new products; develop test plans and screening methods; drive root-cause analysis and 8D corrective actions; present technical reports; and liaise with internal teams and customers on package quality and release recommendations.
