Design, develop, and deploy software and system solutions for semiconductor manufacturing to improve productivity, yield, and quality. Work with process control, traveler control, IS, and production to align, optimize, and troubleshoot MES system setup and operation. Drive system improvements, global best practices, training, software enhancements, automation solutions, and integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.

Designs and implements smart warehouse automation (ASRS, conveyors, RFID) and integrates WMS, AI-driven analytics, OCR/barcode receiving, and digital twins. Supports preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, dashboards, and cross-functional deployment to optimize material flow and just-in-time delivery.

Perform wafer-level reliability development and validation for next-generation NAND flash: data visualization and scripting, HTML display, electrical failure analysis, OCAP and Bench EFA validation, reliability sampling plans, process improvement with fab, and drive corrective actions and qualification to meet reliability and time-to-market targets.

Design and deploy software and data-analytics solutions for Probe operations: real-time reporting, monitoring, automation of material tracking and validation, and AI-assisted efficiency improvements. Collaborate globally to identify process improvements and implement software and process changes to reduce resolution turnaround and ensure product quality.

Work in a clean-room chemical laboratory to analyze samples using techniques like ICP-MS, ICP-OES, and ion chromatography; prepare reagents and samples; develop analytical methods; install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment; mentor junior staff; consult internally on chemistry issues; follow safety and TPM procedures; and integrate AI-assisted tools to improve lab processes.

Support probe area capacity and cycle-time planning, identify and resolve constraints, deploy manufacturing systems, drive productivity and quality improvements, set up automated disposition systems, support new NAND device setups, integrate AI-enabled analytics, and maintain QMS and cross-functional coordination to meet business objectives.

The Material Engineer will drive packaging material qualification, manage supplier quality, and implement material improvements, while collaborating with various teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and compliance.
