Lead package/product engineering for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM): drive yield and DPM reduction via test coverage, electrical and physical failure analysis, root-cause resolution, cross-functional projects, and technical/people leadership including mentoring and decision-making on risk and priorities.

The role involves validating and characterizing advanced NAND products using silicon validation techniques, automation, and applied AI/ML methods. Responsibilities include designing validation flows, conducting failure analysis, and improving test efficiency.

The Senior Member of Technical Staff leads CMP process development for NAND technology, driving execution across teams, resolving complex issues, and mentoring engineers.

Plan, schedule, and implement new tool installations, relocations, and chamber retrofits. Develop and own equipment maintenance procedures and preventative schedules. Collaborate with process owners and vendors to improve equipment performance, uptime, and cost reduction, and report on improvements. Maintain QMS components and integrate AI-assisted tools to drive continuous improvement.

Assist in developing scopes for outsourced services, support budget estimations, supervise contractors, ensure safety standards, and complete learning items timely.

Develop and deploy AI/ML and analytics solutions for Facilities Mechanical systems (HVAC, chillers, boilers, CDA, cleanroom air). Build predictive maintenance models, dashboards, digital twins, and automation to improve reliability, energy efficiency, and operational decision-making. Collaborate with controls, IT, and operations to integrate SCADA/BMS/PLC data, ensure data quality and governance, and drive digitalization of maintenance workflows while supporting change management in a 24/7 fab environment.

Operate FIB and TEM for TEM sample preparation and device analysis on night shift; prepare high-quality samples, communicate with customers, innovate and improve FIB/TEM techniques, maintain lab procedures and safety, and ensure smooth shift handovers.

Lead development and governance of global electrical and equipment safety programs. Serve as technical expert for complex, high-risk systems, ensure compliance with SEMI S2/NFPA 79/IEC 60204-1, review safety documentation and third-party assessments, and drive safe-by-design across cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Lead global procurement strategy for front-end capital equipment (Diffusion, Implant, RTP, Pumps, Chillers, Abatement, MFG Tech). Own supplier strategy, commercial negotiations, cost and capacity planning, risk mitigation, and supply assurance. Partner cross-functionally to support node development, fab expansion and ramp readiness while developing a high-performing global procurement team.

Owns procurement for designated areas, leads site supplier performance and relationships, negotiates with suppliers, supports capital budgeting and global procurement strategies, drives cost-savings and process improvements, serves as procurement consultant, integrates AI-assisted tools, and supports site audits.
