Analyze inline, parametric, probe, and experimental data to identify wafer-yield limiters and resolve process or tool issues. The engineer applies semiconductor device physics, electronics, manufacturing-process knowledge, and statistical analysis to improve yield, quality, and technology ramp. Responsibilities include communicating yield findings, creating Pareto analyses, collaborating across Fab and Yield Enhancement groups, supporting cross-functional problem-solving teams, transferring new technologies into production, and responsibly integrating AI-assisted tools.

Intern will optimize semiconductor manufacturing layout planning for an MSH probe ramp. Responsibilities include conducting site assessments, evaluating installation readiness, mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and developing AI-enabled automation using tools such as Power Automate, Python, SQL, and Microsoft Copilot. The intern will collaborate with engineering and production stakeholders, apply responsible AI practices, measure project benefits, and document solutions and user guidance.

Deliver technical documentation, demonstrations, and presentations while collaborating with Product Engineers and AI mentors.

Analyze semiconductor manufacturing, inline, parametric, probe, sensor, and fabrication-tool data to identify yield detractors and reduce defects. Build data pipelines, automate analysis, apply statistical modeling and machine learning, support Design of Experiments, and create dashboards and reports using Dash, Plotly, or Angular. Collaborate with manufacturing, process, equipment, and integration engineers to optimize processes and communicate findings.

Develop and deploy next-generation 3D NAND dry etch processes before device ramp. Responsibilities include evaluating tool performance, optimizing process windows and recipes, troubleshooting yield and quality issues, driving process simplification, collaborating with fabs, vendors, and cross-functional teams, and integrating manufacturing methods into new technology nodes.

Perform wafer-level reliability development and validation for next-generation NAND flash: data visualization and scripting, HTML display, electrical failure analysis, OCAP and Bench EFA validation, reliability sampling plans, process improvement with fab, and drive corrective actions and qualification to meet reliability and time-to-market targets.

Lead validation efforts for DRAM/HBM, develop test programs, perform advanced analysis, and mentor junior engineers. Ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement in processes.

Lead development and optimization of photolithography processes for advanced nodes, define process and equipment roadmaps, integrate new technologies, drive technology transfer with global teams, implement advanced process control (DOE/statistics/simulation), perform material and reticle/OPC evaluations, optimize overlay, mentor engineers, and contribute IP and AI-enabled process improvements.
