Manage and expand accounts, hunt new business, develop channel partnerships, run outbound campaigns, qualify leads, maintain CRM, and produce accurate forecasts while collaborating with Sales, Partner Channel, and Marketing.

Maintain and scale global infrastructure: manage bare-metal servers, LXC, VMs and cloud; operate core services (Nginx, GitLab, registries); automate with IaC and scripting; administer Kubernetes and distributed databases; implement high-availability fault-tolerant systems; monitor performance and resolve infrastructure incidents while collaborating across teams.

Drive sales growth across ACT and Australian Federal Government accounts by generating leads, building relationships, developing channel partners, executing outreach campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining CRM records and forecasts, and positioning Group-IB as a trusted cybersecurity advisor.
