Oversee Singapore’s aircraft technical services and CAMO team, including maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability programs, regulatory compliance, technical surveys, maintenance reporting, quotations, work orders, and MRO oversight. Support Malaysian fleet operations and aircraft-on-ground events, contribute to safety management and risk processes, mentor staff, and pursue CAMO management opportunities through customer proposals. The role requires corporate aviation experience, strong knowledge of applicable aviation regulations, and availability for after-hours support.

Lead commercial strategy and revenue growth across APAC, manage and coach commercial teams, pursue business development and strategic partnerships, oversee key client relationships and high-value negotiations, align commercial operations with finance and operations, and ensure regional compliance and premium client service.
