Own onboarding, training, support, adoption, retention, and growth for a portfolio of commodity trading clients. Build client relationships, understand workflows, identify expansion opportunities, manage renewal risk, and relay customer insights to Product. The role also involves improving customer success processes, using AI and automation tools, and helping establish a customer-centric culture across the company.
