Provide timely, accurate fund and client deliverables; support account conversions, corporate events, securities pricing, and vendor issue resolution. Design, build and test prototypes using emerging technologies (AI/GenAI, autonomous agents, multimodal AI, quantum). Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to iterate, showcase proofs-of-concept, and drive adoption across the bank while researching frontier tech and enabling rapid experimentation.

Lead behavioural risk assurance across Group Audit by developing audit approaches, conducting deep-dive behavioural reviews, analysing qualitative and quantitative indicators, and translating findings into actionable recommendations. Advise and influence senior stakeholders, embed behavioural considerations into audit methodology, and build capability through coaching and knowledge sharing while maintaining independence of assurance.

Lead strategic foresight and innovation intelligence: research emerging trends, generate actionable insights, build and run sensing communities, engage external ecosystem, and present recommendations to senior leadership to inform DBS's innovation strategy.

Support the Behavioural Risk Assurance Lead to embed behavioural risk into audit planning, fieldwork and reporting. Conduct behavioural reviews using interviews, surveys and metrics, translate observations into actionable findings, and help develop methodology and capability across Group Audit while engaging senior stakeholders.

Lead identification, assessment and monitoring of operational risks across GFMO; perform RCSA, ICAAP and risk reviews; evaluate controls and GenAI initiatives; prepare risk reports; conduct root cause analysis; collaborate with stakeholders to implement remediation and promote a risk-aware culture.
