Provides scientific and technical leadership for climate metrics, indicators, monitoring, evaluation, and learning. The role also facilitates stakeholder communications, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, tracks committed and projected funds, and supports strategic resource mobilization. Travel may reach 20% and can occasionally occur on short notice.

Lead finance workstreams for Project Finance for Permanence transactions by developing financial models and strategies, designing sustainable finance mechanisms, supporting due diligence and risk assessments, and preparing finance materials. Manage complex work plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and government stakeholders, oversee consultants, facilitate finance workshops, and support transaction closing. The role requires English and Spanish fluency, project management experience, financial analysis skills, and domestic and international travel.

Lead sustainable finance projects for fisheries and aquaculture: manage project pipeline, design business and financing models, build financial analyses and business cases, advise field teams, manage consultants, and communicate value propositions to diverse stakeholders to advance conservation finance goals.
