Lead the Record-to-Report function covering General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Master Data. Manage month/quarter/year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory and audit reporting, GST/WHT validation, and governance. Drive process optimisation, automation (RPA), AI-enabled digitalisation, finance system governance and master data quality. Partner stakeholders across the university and lead the R2R team to strengthen controls and reporting quality.

Support the Head of Strategic Planning & Engagement by providing secretariat support for leadership/board meetings, developing and monitoring strategic initiatives, organising leadership engagements, facilitating cross-institutional projects and managing office functions including budget, assets and intellectual property. Undertake ad-hoc institutional projects and events as assigned.

The Investment Operations Senior Officer will support the investment strategy, manage transactions, oversee cash flow, ensure compliance, and prepare performance reports.

Maintain CD control and adhere to cleanroom safety and SOPs while collaborating with project teams.
