Provide administrative, financial, and operational support for the Climate Transformation Programme, including grant and budget tracking, procurement, logistics, project coordination, stakeholder liaison, progress and financial reporting, compliance with university and funder policies, and ad hoc project duties to ensure timely delivery of research objectives.

Manage a complex international AI data platform programme: coordinate stakeholders across time zones, capture and translate partner data requirements, support MOUs/procurement/legal workflows, track KPIs and dashboards, run analyses, and keep leadership and funders informed on programme status and risks.
