Tracks renewal opportunities and partner progress, uses predictive analytics to identify opportunities, enters renewals into portals, develops follow-up actions, documents issues, and cultivates productive relationships with partners, sales teams, and leadership. Requires English and Mandarin communication, accurate data entry, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
