Lead customer deployments of Retell’s voice AI platform from discovery through production launch. Responsibilities include understanding workflows, designing AI solutions, configuring voice agents and automation, integrating APIs and business systems, troubleshooting technical issues, running demos and working sessions, managing project risks, optimizing deployments, and partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. The role requires fluent English and Mandarin communication and occasional travel for customer launches and onsite engagements.
