Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for hardware and software engineering teams, partner with engineering stakeholders on role definitions and interview processes, manage pipelines and ATS tools, coordinate offers and compensation discussions, mitigate talent risks, and optimize technical sourcing and assessment to meet hiring targets.

Develop and improve motion control algorithms for autonomous trucks: design controllers, build vehicle models, analyze test data, tune and validate performance, implement safety/fault-detection features, and improve resilience to delays and sensor/actuator faults while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The Systems Quality Engineer ensures system quality and stability in autonomous vehicles by analyzing operational issues, conducting root cause analysis, and improving workflows through documentation and automation.

Lead evaluation, design, prototyping, and integration of robotic manipulation and automation for autonomous vehicle operations in logistics yards. Champion vendor selection, system architecture, perception, motion planning, controls, and field validation to enable safety-critical tasks like automated trailer coupling.

Design, prototype, and validate mechanical sub-assemblies and mounts for heavy-duty autonomous trucks. Create accurate CAD models from physical measurements, produce manufacturing drawings, manage vendors and BOMs, and write assembly and maintenance instructions. Integrate sensors, wiring, and pneumatic components while optimizing designs for CNC, sheet metal, and additive manufacturing to minimize cost and simplify production.

The Senior System Quality Engineer owns system behavior across modules, leads root cause analysis, coordinates between teams, and drives process improvements.
