The Account Executive will manage a portfolio of new accounts, identify business opportunities, and drive revenue growth using conversational AI technology.

Manage a book of commercial and enterprise customers across Southeast and North Asia, driving product adoption, renewals, and expansion. Monitor usage, improve customer satisfaction, own NRR/GRR KPIs, and help build a scalable APAC account management playbook.

First APAC enablement hire owning regional program design, e-learning, live onboarding cohorts, localization of global content, partner enablement, and measurement of ramp, discovery quality, and win rates. Act as technical translator for voice models and API/Agents integrations while collaborating with global enablement teams.

Partner with go-to-market teams to build automations, processes, dashboards, and analytics that streamline sales operations, inform experimentation, and drive revenue growth. Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams, implement end-to-end solutions, and lead reporting and KPI design.

Build and maintain detection and incident response capabilities: triage alerts, investigate incidents, lead responses, develop and tune detection rules, onboard and parse data in SIEM (Chronicle), monitor macOS endpoints and cloud environments (JAMF, GCP/SCC), automate workflows with Python/Bash, and apply MITRE ATT&CK and NIST frameworks to create actionable detections.
