The Head of Data Science will lead the data science team across Southeast Asia, focusing on credit risk model development, strategic collaboration, and shaping the machine learning roadmap.

Lead commercial due diligence and market-entry analysis for acquisitions and expansion. Conduct primary research, assess market sizing, unit economics, regulatory dynamics and synergies. Support sourcing, screening, evaluation, and closing of M&A, strategic investments and JVs. Monitor industry trends and assist capital markets and investor relations materials. Coordinate cross-functionally to execute buy-or-build strategy.

Design, build, deploy and operate an internal AI platform and agentic applications: retrieval/RAG, deployment CI/CD, monitoring, security-aware data access, and end-to-end ML microservice lifecycle. Provide architecture leadership, mentor engineers, and partner with InfoSec, product and data teams.
