Provides technical client support and consultancy for financial trading clients in production environments. Owns client relationships, resolves issues, supports configuration and training, and manages deployment and onboarding projects. Contributes to internal initiatives and process improvement while delivering disciplined, efficient service. The role requires strong customer service, communication, presentation, analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Experience in finance, trading, commodity markets, scripting, or Japanese-language client support is advantageous.

Maintain and deploy mission-critical applications and infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, support client infrastructure provisioning and upgrades, and provide escalation support to regional teams. Use Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools to improve reliability and resolve recurring issues. Collaborate with security, development, and project teams while supporting global shift-based operations.
