Lead and execute group treasury activities: manage cash and liquidity, intercompany funding, bank relationships, short-term investments, treasury policy and controls, reporting, and support strategic financing projects across multiple entities.

Lead a product team to design, prioritize, and deliver web and mobile trading/fintech features. Own onboarding, account/asset management, and growth flows; define PRDs and user stories; collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and ops; monitor post-launch metrics and iterate; align cross-regional requirements; and mentor product managers to drive adoption, retention, and product quality.

Lead regional marketing and growth across Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand). Plan and execute localized multi-country campaigns, coordinate between HQ and local teams, analyze performance and conversion funnels, run test-and-learn initiatives, and collaborate with product, design, compliance, and sales to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue.
