Execute user-side UAT and regression testing for Trade Finance systems. Design test scripts, run manual tests, log and track defects, coordinate fixes with IT and vendors, prepare user training materials, and review functional documentation to ensure high-quality production rollouts.

Manage and maintain the Known Error Database (KEDB) to speed incident resolution. Ensure entries are accurate, integrated with incident workflows, and governed to standards. Monitor KEDB usage, report metrics, support audits, collaborate with Problem and Service Desk teams, and drive continuous improvements to knowledge accessibility and adoption.

Design, build, and operate an end-to-end observability platform for metrics, logs, and traces across Kubernetes/OpenShift. Instrument services with OpenTelemetry, create dashboards, SLI/SLOs, manage data pipelines, develop automation and APIs in Python, use Ansible for config, integrate EventBridge for event-driven workflows, and collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD and incident response.

Support end-to-end IT Problem Management lifecycle: analyze incidents, document RCAs, maintain the Known Error Database, coordinate remediation with technical teams, and produce dashboards and reports to reduce recurrence and improve service stability.
