As a Relationship Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of global funds clients, ensuring compliance, resolving issues, and identifying business opportunities.

Manage counterparty credit risk for derivatives and securities financing portfolios. Develop and maintain CCR methodologies and models, monitor exposures and concentration risks, validate exposures, perform system testing, investigate data discrepancies, document models/procedures, and coordinate with business, technology, operations, and risk stakeholders to improve systems and processes.

Supports FATCA and CRS reporting for trust structures, including regulatory due diligence, data compilation, submission preparation, and coordination with senior staff. Manages reporting trackers, counterparty information, management reports, risk metrics, business continuity activities, and policy or procedure implementation. The role requires banking or financial industry experience, attention to detail, teamwork, and strong Excel skills.

Design, develop, and implement software solutions for banking applications. Elicit and analyze requirements, create technical designs, workflows, interfaces, specifications, and data mappings. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, architects, and IT stakeholders to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery. Provide subject matter expertise and support architecture governance, integration, and project teams. Diagnose complex technical issues, identify delivery gaps, and deliver solutions across multiple projects.

Lead investment risk monitoring and governance for the Chief Investment Office. Monitor client restrictions, concentration, liquidity, and turnover risks; oversee coding and testing of risk rules in Aladdin and Bloomberg AIM; drive process automation and documentation; monitor ESG requirements; deliver performance analytics and attribution; escalate material findings and present improvements to senior management while partnering with CIO, COO, CRO, technology, and stakeholders.

Leads development and integration of Wealth Core Banking and back-office solutions using Temenos Transact. Responsibilities include technical planning, system design, development, customization, testing, data migration, production releases, Level 3 support, defect resolution, governance, and operational risk reduction. The role provides technical leadership throughout project lifecycles, coordinates cross-functional teams, and mentors junior engineers.

Manage consumer, business, and corporate card product portfolios, including proposition development, lifecycle initiatives, pricing, P&L performance, customer journeys, risk optimization, and growth. Partner with banking, digital, marketing, operations, compliance, risk, data, finance, technology, and external teams to deliver product capabilities and campaigns. Use customer insights, market trends, competitor analysis, and portfolio analytics to identify improvements and coordinate initiatives from requirements through post-launch tracking.

Supports bank account control and monitoring throughout the account lifecycle. Responsibilities include account blocking and unblocking, account closures, dormant account reviews, maintenance updates, query and exception handling, investigations, quality assurance, procedure updates, and process improvement. The role requires accurate and timely work, regulatory compliance, collaboration with Relationship Managers and Compliance, and proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
