The Pre-Sales Engineer will provide technical assistance and demonstrations of the GlobalLink product suite, troubleshoot integration issues, train internal users, support new feature testing, and participate in pre-sales activities.

The Implementation Engineer will provide technical assistance and support for GlobalLink products, assist in installations and upgrades, troubleshoot database and CMS integrations, train internal users, and conduct technical pre-sales tasks including product demonstrations.
