Independently manage RF certification projects: evaluate products against national/international standards, review test data, authorize CSA marking, perform/witness lab and field testing, support clients on failures, prepare test documentation and quotations, and maintain project budgets and schedules while ensuring compliance and technical consistency.

Manage and perform EMC certification projects: evaluate products to national/international standards, review test data, witness testing, authorize CSA mark, prepare reports, liaise with clients, and support lab testing and continuous improvement.

Execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Coordinate content, digital updates, sales collateral, events, tradeshows and webinars. Measure and report campaign performance, manage timelines, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and provide guidance to a Marketing Associate. Support new service launches and channel strategies with minimal supervision.
