In this role, you will shape government engagement and policy advocacy for SEEK in Asia, primarily Malaysia and Singapore, and support senior leaders with strategic policy insights and stakeholder involvement.

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts through data-driven analysis, strategic account planning, upselling/cross-selling, and relationship building with senior stakeholders. Design tailored sourcing solutions, lead customer workshops, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive retention and revenue expansion.

Lead enterprise customer acquisition for Jobstreet Singapore as a player-coach: close new logos, manage and mentor a small sales team, build C-suite relationships, develop account and sales strategies, and collaborate with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Marketing to optimize the sales motion.
