Maintain accurate general ledger; execute month-end and year-end close; prepare accounts payable, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and bank wires; produce financial statements and management reports; monitor cash flow; support audits, tax filings and regulatory compliance; maintain controls and documentation; identify accounting automation opportunities; liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents and external providers.

Manage daily trade bookings, reconciliations, settlements, corporate actions, and reporting across the trade lifecycle. Liaise with counterparties, custodians and prime brokers to resolve issues and onboard business. Drive process improvements and implement automation and data-management solutions to increase operational efficiency and scalability in a trading environment.

Manage front desk and visitor/call enquiries, maintain reception and meeting spaces, coordinate supplies and vendors, keep filing systems up to date, and support meetings and events (logistics and AV).
