Owns client success for high-value enterprise accounts, driving onboarding, product adoption, retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Partners with Account Management on account plans, monitors usage and commercial outcomes, delivers tailored training and trend presentations, gathers feedback, and builds relationships with senior stakeholders. The role requires strong presentation, analytical, prioritization, communication, and customer relationship skills across Southeast Asian markets.
