Manage named APAC accounts to drive adoption, retention and expansion of Multiplier's EOR/AOR and global payroll products. Build consultative relationships, monitor product usage, surface customer feedback to Product, coordinate with Sales/Ops/Engineering, and identify growth opportunities while executing account planning and quota attainment.

Own statutory payroll compliance for India, Singapore, and Australia including pre-payroll validation, filing, remittance, reconciliation, proof uploads, notice management, and legislative monitoring. Perform three-way reconciliations, STP2 validations, Form 16 issuance, and maintain country playbooks. Liaise with Global Payroll Ops, EoR Ops, finance and consultants to ensure timely, accurate filings and continuous process automation.

Drive new business in APAC through outbound prospecting, demos, and pipeline management. Meet sales targets, secure net-new logos, manage accounts in Salesforce, and collaborate with customer success for onboarding and expansion.

Execute outbound sales activities to build pipeline and partner with sales reps to close. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and Salesforce to engage 600 leads/month, run 50 outbound sequences/day, and schedule 10–20 demos/month to meet SQL targets.

Provide on-site office and front-desk management, events planning, document and courier handling, vendor and landlord liaison, and cross-functional administrative support to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant operations for the Singapore office.

Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound sales to drive revenue growth in Singapore. Collaborate with marketing, research SMB prospects, present solutions, negotiate contracts, close deals, maintain client relationships, and provide product feedback.

Conduct outbound prospecting to build pipeline, execute high-volume outbound sequences, book 10–20 demos monthly, and partner with sales reps to convert opportunities using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
