Compile, analyze, and present quality reports, train technicians and inspectors, investigate complaints and non-conformances, support new product development, collaborate with teams to implement quality assurance strategies, conduct inspections and tests, analyze quality data, develop and maintain documentation, lead cross-functional teams for continuous improvement, maintain quality control records, perform other QMS duties.
