As an Enterprise Sales Engineer, you will assess customer needs, demonstrate Chainguard solutions, and secure technical wins by partnering with sales teams and engaging with clients.

Lead and manage a team of 5-7 enterprise account executives in India, set strategy for largest accounts, drive revenue and forecasts, improve AE onboarding/ramp, align with marketing/BDR/success/engineering, and report team performance metrics.

Sell Chainguard's hardened open-source and security-focused SaaS to enterprise customers. Build territory plans, manage inbound/outbound pipelines, forecast and hit quota, collaborate with product and engineering, track opportunities in CRM, and evangelize product differentiators to technical decision-makers.
