Supports semiconductor manufacturing, technology development, and customer projects by resolving process integration and yield issues. Performs data analysis, defect characterization, process partitioning, and continuous improvement. Develops custom processes, test structures, design rules, and defect source libraries while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve yield, address technical concerns, document processes, and ensure safety and compliance.

Lead development and optimization of semiconductor fabrication processes, create and review process recipes and technical data, establish SOPs and FMEAs, integrate equipment/material capabilities, drive continuous improvement, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally and with vendors, and contribute to patents and publications while ensuring safety and compliance.

Support the Data Science team to design, develop, deploy, and maintain analytics and ML solutions for manufacturing. Responsibilities include data collection/cleansing, EDA, predictive modeling, stakeholder collaboration, production deployment support, and presenting results to leadership.

Lead process integration for RF semiconductor technology development and qualification. Design and analyze DOEs, solve complex yield/reliability issues, set design rules and characterization plans, collaborate across modules and manufacturing, and mentor junior engineers while interfacing with customers.

Perform process integration and device development for high-voltage BCD processes: execute engineering splits on development lots, perform device testing and reporting, coordinate failure analysis and reliability testing, own development lots, and support HV test-structure layout and device optimization.

Lead daily reliability lab operations, own equipment uptime and maintenance, coordinate vendor service, perform troubleshooting/RCA/CAPA, ensure QMS and safety compliance, track lab KPIs, and mentor engineers and technicians to improve lab performance and test quality.
