Serve as the primary executive contact for a portfolio of strategic capital markets clients. Drive account strategy, onboarding, complex change programs, governance, escalation management, and commercial expansion. Coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver executive reporting, run enablement, mentor team members, and ensure client retention, satisfaction and measurable outcomes across asset classes.

Manage OEMS implementations for buy-side clients: create and execute project plans, gather client requirements, configure and validate FlexONE, coordinate internal teams/vendors, provide tier-1 production support, assist sales demos, and champion OMS best practices.
