Provide corporate governance and commercial legal support for a fast-growing multinational SaaS company: manage filings and tax-related submissions, draft and negotiate SaaS/subscription and intercompany agreements, support international incorporations and board resolutions, advise on data privacy and OECD guidance, and assist with fundraising (Series A, venture debt, convertible notes).
