Lead and develop a regional talent acquisition team across Singapore and Malaysia. Drive full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and TA operations (including RPO management). Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to meet hiring goals, ensure compliant processes, monitor TA metrics, and improve candidate and stakeholder experience for manufacturing/technology hires.

Lead programs and projects from initiation through customer fulfillment. Build customer relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage forecasts, risks, backlog, resources, and on-time delivery. Monitor progress, compile management reports, and resolve material or schedule constraints to ensure projects complete on time and within budget.

Oversee customer programs and production planning to ensure on-time delivery. Manage demand forecasts, material availability, production schedules, backlog prioritization, and program milestones. Coordinate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Customer Service. Prepare reports, analyze operational data, identify risks and bottlenecks, support forecasting and mitigation planning, and drive continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and professional roles: develop sourcing pipelines, screen and interview candidates, partner with plant managers, support onboarding, report recruitment metrics, and represent the company at hiring events to strengthen employer brand.

The Customer Supply Chain Manager coordinates customer demand and supply execution, managing risks and implementing recovery plans while ensuring supply chain resiliency.
