Entry-level rotational analyst role in ION’s Leadership Development Program. Analysts complete three six-month rotations across areas such as product management, account management, consulting, data operations, sales, research, and project management. Responsibilities include owning projects, preparing presentations and analyses, managing deadlines, automating processes, solving problems, and collaborating with clients and subject-matter experts. Successful candidates are recent graduates with strong academic performance, leadership potential, analytical ability, initiative, and interest in finance or technology.
