Partner with Engineering and Risk Operations to build scalable systems, improve automation, reduce review costs, and minimize user friction.

Lead end-to-end AI adoption across business units: embed with teams to map workflows, design and build AI-driven solutions (copilots, automations, internal tools), drive delivery or prototype quickly, measure impact, and create reusable playbooks and enablement resources to scale AI usage.

Lead group-wide tax strategy and compliance across direct, indirect, transfer pricing, Pillar Two and crypto taxes. Oversee global tax systems, engage tax authorities and consultants, manage controversy defense, build tax risk matrix, standardize processes, and implement tax automation and determination engines.

Lead statutory financial accounting and consolidated reporting for the Group under IFRS/US GAAP. Coordinate with auditors, tax, legal, regional finance and business teams. Develop group accounting policies, advise on technical accounting, improve internal controls and processes, ensure tax accounting alignment, and support M&A, valuations, IPO projects and system implementations.
